Special Bearings / Components
We will be pleased to assist you in tecnical matters and we also support you in the development of special solutions for your applications.
In partnership with experienced experts, our team also develops and produces complete components e.g. heavy loaded rollers for elevators, conveyor technology, agricultural technology, special machine engineering, etc...
We will also gladly assist you in the definition of test criteria, an das far as possible we, will perform subsequent tests and quality inspections.
Testing
We have on hand the required devices and facilities to inspect our products. This includes roller tests. The test console is set up for rollers ranging from 50 - 250 mm in diameter, radial forces ranging from 750 to 7,500 N and circumferential speeds of 0-10m/s. This allows the dynamic simultation of forces and speed progressions.
